Instructions to Procuring entity/Investor selector
Procuring entity/Employer is required to register, install, prepare, and select bidders as per the instruction provideds below.
In the event of an error occurring during the digital signing process due to the use of an outdated digital certificate device that does not meet the required standards (SHA-256; SHA-224; SHA-384; SHA-512; SHA-512/224; SHA-512/256) as stipulated in Circular No. 06/2015/TT-BTTT dated March 23, 2015, and Articles 1 and 2 of Decision No. 1411/Q?-BTTT dated August 11, 2016, the bidder/entity is requested to immediately contact its digital certificate provider for an upgrade or replacement. The bidder shall bear full responsibility for any bidding errors or delays resulting from the use of a digital certificate device that fails to meet the above standards.
To promptly support the bidding process in case of the above-mentioned error, the entity may use the Agent version as a substitute
